WINNIPEG. x-09s. Manitoba Premier Brian Pallister says illegal cannabis made its way into the legal market, and he's accusing Ottawa of not notifying him. Pallister says Health Canada knew more than a week ago of problems with cannabis supplied by Winnipeg-based Bonify.
