VANCOUVER. x-22s. At least seven Canadians have died because they were stuck in clothing donation bins, and an advocate for the homeless in B-C says he can't imagine why they haven't been fixed or removed. Jeremy Hunka of Union Gospel Mission says five deaths in B-C alone since 2015 is cause for concern involving the boxes that are death traps for people looking for donated items or a place to sleep.
