A Conservative M-P says he will use a previously scheduled trip to China with other Canadian lawmakers to push for the release of two Canadians detained there since last month. And Robert Malley, the boss of one of the detained Canadians, says that is something that any and all Canadian travellers to China ought to be doing. TAG: Malley is the president of the International Crisis Group, which employs Michael Kovrig -- a Canadian diplomat on a leave from Global Affairs Canada. Kovrig and the entrepreneur Michael Spavor were arrested last month in China in what is widely viewed as Chinese retaliation for Canada's arrest of a top executive at high-tech firm Huawei (WAH'-way). A delegation of six Canadian M-Ps and senators head to China Friday on a trip that was planned before the detentions.
