A ONE-DAY festival celebrating emerging musical talent is returning to Manchester - and if that wasn't good enough, it's offering free beer.

Stay Fresh is returning to Deaf Institute at the end the month, bringing together some of the freshest new acts from the north west and beyond.

The biannual festival will take over two floors of the venue, and has previously featured sets from The Orielles, Lost Under Heaven, Drahla and ILL.

This time, the line up features a host of brand new acts, many of them local, including new Mancunian six-piece See Thru Hands, female-fronted URF and Salford's The Starlight Magic House, who recently supported Cabbage for their Christmas show.

Folk groove band Bethlehem Casuals will join the party, having recently played a session for Marc Riley on BBC 6 Music, and the charismatic Average Joe will make his debut on the Deaf Institute stage. …
