PR07 - (Alta-Notley-Toll-Roads)

EDMONTON. x-20s. Premier Rachel Notley says Opposition Leader Jason Kenney's plan to build more infrastructure if his party is elected can mean only one thing: tolls on roads. In a speech to energy producers, Notley suggested that recent comments by Kenney lauding user-pay systems for infrastructure can only mean he would bring in tolls for drivers.

("...wrong for Alberta.) (The Canadian Press)

TAG: Kenney's caucus, in a statement, dismissed Notley's comments, saying they have never suggested putting tolls on existing infrastructure. They suggested it was "more fear-mongering" by the N-D-P.
