Alexis in Line for FA Cup Return against Former Club

OLE Gunnar Solskjaer has suggested Alexis Sanchez could start for United in their FA Cup fourth round tie at Arsenal.

The forward was an unused substitute in the Reds' 2-1 Premier League win over Brighton and has been plagued by hamstring problems in recent months. The 30-year-old's only start under Solskjaer was in the FA Cup tie against Reading and Sanchez has not completed 90 minutes since the first game of the season against Leicester.

Solskjaer substituted Anthony Martial again against Brighton as Romelu Lukaku came on and Marcus Rashford switched to the left wing.

Martial is also yet to play out 90 minutes on Solskjaer's watch and could make way for Sanchez at the Emirates Stadium on Friday.

"He's obviously not 100 per cent match fit," Solskjaer said of Sanchez. …
