VANCOUVER. X-12s. B-C's attorney general says he's hopeful federal Organized Crime Minister Bill Blair has committed to working with the province to deal with money laundering. David Eby says an estimated one-billion-dollar-a-year problem involving the province's casinos impacts everything from real estate, drugs and luxury vehicles and it's about time the federal government stepped up. But Eby says there's still a lot that needs to be done on money laundering, which impacts the whole country and involves Mexico and China.
