Solskjaer Goes on the Attack as Forwards Flourish

OLE Gunnar Solskjaer has made an incredible start to life at United, taking 19 points from a possible 21 in the Premier League.

If the Reds win at Leicester tomorrow, Solskjaer will have won the same amount of league games as Jose Mourinho this season in half the amount of games.

Under former boss Mourinho, United were a stuttering and dysfunctional mess but Solskjaer has unleashed the attacking potential of his side since his reign at Old Trafford began.

Marcus Rashford and Paul Pogba, in particular, have flourished under the attacking philosophy Solskjaer has instilled, and Romelu Lukaku and Alexis Sanchez, who were also struggling for confidence and form, now look revitalised. The pair both put in stylish performances at the Emirates as United beat Arsenal 3-1 in the FA Cup, with Sanchez opening the scoring and Lukaku assisting two of the goals. …
