Did your boss drive you crazy this week? Do you love the training your organization gives its employees? There are many elements that make a company or nonprofit into a good place to work.

The Post-Gazette's Top Workplaces program serves as a bit of an internal check - the employees are surveyed on what they think - and as an external alert - the applicants can see if your organization scores well.

There are about two weeks left before the Feb. 15 deadline to nominate your organization to be part of this annual program.

Here are the basics: Any organization in the Pittsburgh region with 50 or more employees - public, private, nonprofit or government - can be nominated at www.post-gazette.com/nominate or by calling 412-428-8020.
