City Loss Would Be 'Biggest Shock in History of FA Cup'

IF City were to lose in the FA Cup tomorrow, it would represent the biggest upset in FA Cup history.

That is the view of Newport County manager Michael Flynn, who is plotting his side's chances of knocking City out of the cup at Rodney Parade.

Newport are 15th in League Two, but have already beaten Leicester and Middlesbrough at their ground this season, and took Tottenham to a replay at Wembley after beating Leeds last season.

It will not be an easy test for Pep Guardiola's side, with the state of Newport's pitch a much-discussed issue in the build-up to the match.

And Flynn is hoping the stars align for his side to pull off a historic result.
