OTTAWA - Former cabinet minister Jody Wilson-Raybould says she's still talking to her lawyer about what she can and can't say publicly about the S-N-C Lavalin scandal.

The former attorney general made the comment as she exited a cabinet meeting that she attended despite her resignation as veterans affairs minister last week, where she had been moved in a shuffle earlier this year.

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau told reporters Wilson-Raybould asked to speak to her former cabinet colleagues, but he would not provide details because all cabinet conversations are confidential.

Her resignation from cabinet followed allegations tat the Prime Minister's Office had tried to convince her to allow S-N-C-Lavalin to negotiate a remediation agreement to avoid criminal prosecution on charges related to business dealings in Libya. …
