Hill Looks to Strike a Balance as Dale Side Head South

ROCHDALE take on Plymouth Argyle this afternoon striving for the right balance between attacking prowess and defensive solidity.

Dale travelled south on the back of a 4-3 midweek home defeat against AFC Wimbledon, a game in which boss Keith Hill felt enthused when his side were on the front foot.

However, at the back they struggled as Joe Pigott fired a hat-trick, including the winning spot kick deep into stoppage time.

This weekend - and for the remaining 13 fixtures of the League One campaign - it's all about striking the right balance as Hill's side look to stave off the threat of relegation.

"It's not and it wasn't a must-win game but you've got to show the appetite and the desire that it's a must-win game," said Hill.
