HALIFAX. x-18s. A Halifax area woman who describes herself as a "frequent flyer" of hospital emergency rooms says she believes the system is increasingly stressed as it deals with patient overcrowding. Thirty-three-year-old Natalie Brown, who has chronic illnesses including severe asthma that often requires emergency attention, says the scene that unfolded during a visit last month to the E-R at Q-E II Health Sciences Centre was the "worst I have experienced."
