HALIFAX. x-10s. Nova Scotia's privacy commissioner says the province has a 20th century privacy law in place when it faces 21st century privacy challenges. Catherine Tully made an impassioned plea on the need to overhaul Nova Scotia's current legislation during an appearance today before the legislature's public accounts committee.
