MONTREAL. x-13s. China is blocking some imports of Canadian canola because of fears of insect infestation. Richardson International Limited, one of Canada's largest grain processors, says China has revoked its permit to export canola there. Speaking during an appearance yesterday in Montreal, Foreign Affairs Minister Chrystia Freeland said that as the daughter of a canola farmer, she takes the issue personally.
