OLE Gunnar Solskjaer has hinted at his transfer wishes as he waits to be installed as United's next permanent manager.

The Norwegian revealed earlier this month he has told Reds executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward which players need to come and go.

And ahead of tomorrow's Premier League clash at Arsenal, Solskjaer has revealed how far he is planning ahead.

"Pre-season we've looked into," he said. "But also you look at players and hopefully the ones the club will sign will stay for many, many years.

"Of course, I love managing these boys and I love working here but, as I've said so many times, I'm just doing the best I can every single day and if it comes to a decision to be made we've got to think about that."

The Reds have signed 27 players since Sir Alex Ferguson retired in 2013 and 16 are still at the club, but Juan Mata and Ander Herrera have entered the last four months of their contracts and it is anticipated United will try to sell Matteo Darmian and Marcos Rojo in summer. …
