CALGARY. x-19s. Premier Rachel Notley says the United Conservative Party should learn to walk the walk before suggesting new solutions to help battle domestic violence. Jason Kenney says his party would adopt Clare's Law from the United Kingdom which allows women to ask law enforcement if a potential partner has a history of domestic abuse. Notley says the U-C-P's voting record hasn't always supported programs to help victims but the idea is something her government would be willing to adopt.
