NAT053 - (US-Frozen-Embryo-Lawsuit) NORTH ATTLEBOROUGH, Mass. x-05s. A Massachusetts mother is suing a hospital fertility clinic she says stored her frozen embryo for 13 years without telling her. Marisa Cloutier-Bristol says the hospital notified her that it had an embryo from when she and her late husband were trying to have a second child through I-V-F. The treatments did not work -- and her husband died three years later. Now remarried, she is paying five-hundred dollars to keep the embryos stored, but because her first husband passed away, she is barred from making any decisions about it.
