TABLE OF CASES
(This list includes Indian cases reported up to July, 1960 and other cases up to January, 1960. It does not, however, include the cases decided by the Federal Constitutional Court of the West German Republic, as the names of the parties do not appear in the official reports published under the authority of the Court. Nor does it contain the decisions of the Supreme Court of Argentina published in Zavalia Jurisprudencia de la Constitucion Argentina. Therefore, wherever these cases have been cited or discussed, reference has only been made to the number of the volume and page.)
