lost three grandparents: Lillian Harrison, Esther Ungerleider, and Irving Ungerleider. He is grateful for the love and inspiration they gave to him and others during their lives. He is also grateful to Roger for his (mostly) patient mentoring, for the assistance he has provided over the years, and for the suggestion that Michael participate in this project and work with him on this book.
