COMMUNICATING WITH THE EMOTIONAL BRAIN - LESSON ONE!

Human interaction is a very complex process, as yet not completely understood. Our communication skills are central to our teaching equipment and it is important to have some understanding of the factors influencing the communication process. Recent research into the way the human brain functions proclaims the futility of an overtly coercive punishment-based regime.
