Note: Internet references follow two types of format: the websites that contain non-modifiable documents such as declarations, press releases, articles and conference papers are referenced just by the year in which they were published - e.g. FAO (1996) Rome Declaration on World Food Security. The websites where the content is subject to variations and new inputs are referenced by the exact date when the information used in the book was extracted. When several documents have been downloaded on the same day, they have been organised in alphabetical order and distinguished in the text by a letter next to the date - e.g. FAO (9/4/00e) 'Food and Population, FAO Looks Ahead' and the date is given in the order day, month, year. Some of the authors included here (FAO, UN, WTO) have both types of documents. In that case, the references by year are listed first - e.g. FAO (1998b) - and the fully dated documents follow straight afterwards - e.g. FAO (14/1/02b).
