Here are your daily voice exercises. Start with Voice Exercise #1. Do that daily for one week. Then add an additional exercise each week in sequence until you are doing all seven every day (or as often as you can). You can devote as much time as you wish to practice but aim for at least 15 minutes each day. Doing all seven of the voice exercises will add up to about 30 to 45 minutes.

LEARN TO RELAX
Slump back in your chair as if you were going to fall asleep. Let
everything go. Let your arms hang at your sides, your legs stretch
out in front of you, your head drop forward. Let your jaw relax.
Feel all the tension drain out of your brow. Focus on tension,
wherever you feel it. Say to yourself, silently, “Let go.” If you feel
like letting out some sound—a sigh or a laugh—do so. If you find
yourself beginning to giggle, or if your eyes tear, or if you drool,
don't worry. It means you are becoming more relaxed. Continue
relaxing in this position for three to four minutes. Yawn. Open
your throat. Let a deep “Ah” sound come out. Then sit up slowly.
Open your eyes, and stand up slowly.
