Where did the task occur?

Describe the environment where the task occurred.


Questions for process focus (level 4 dimension
reflection-on-action)

How well prepared were you for the task?

How did you carry out the aims of the task?

How did you feel while you were doing it?

List your successes in the task?

List your disappointments in the task?

How do you feel now about what happened?

What helped you to complete the task?

What would have helped you to complete the task better?

What enabled you to complete the task?

What didn't enable you to complete the task?

How did the environment help/hinder you?

How satisfied are you with the outcome? If not why not?
