We've discussed the need for leaders to be connected not only to those they serve but also to those they depend on to provide services or lend their support. We've explored some techniques for scanning our internal and external environments and for conceiving of a vision for the future. Now it's time to put strategic, future-focused communication into context and to share some added ideas for getting people connected to the future we hope to create.
