Quitclaim by Roger, son of Saher de Quincy, earl of Winchester and Constable of Scotland, to Barnwell priory of all right to Chesterton (Cambs), promising warranty against claims of Margaret, countess of Lincoln. Witnesses: William de Ferrers, Robert de Quincy, William de Aubeni, Saher of St Andrews, Everard of Trumpington, Alan of Bassingbourn, Ferimeus (sic) of Caxton, John le Moyne and Peter de Brumford. Comment: The limit-dates of this act are those of Roger's assumption of the title of earl of
Winchester and the death of Robert de Quincy III.

Witnesses: Sir William de Bois, Sir John of Cranford, grantor's steward, Sir Peter le Potter and Sir Robert of Hereford, kts. (1253 × 1259).
