The Senior Project: Grade 12
By the end of 12th grade, students should be able to demonstrate understanding of the NETS•S. Mastery of the Grade 12 performance indicators represents the culmination of a development process begun in the primary grades. By the end of high school, students should be adept at finding practical applications for their skills as they prepare to enter the workforce or begin a program of higher education.
Technology standards such as those found in NETS•S 6, which address problem-solving and decision-making tools, should provide not just a theoretical framework for teaching, but a focus for assessing student achievement of practical, real-world technology skills.
