We regret that we have no other positions available for you. Your last day of
employment with the company is today. We are sorry that we were not able to give
you more notice. We simply do not have enough business at this location to justify
keeping the branch open.

Enclosed is your final paycheck as well as information about converting your health
insurance benefits. Please do not hesitate to contact our Human Resources department
in Seattle should you have any questions about the closure of this branch or your
benefits. We wish you much success in your future endeavors and thank you for your
excellent service.
