Carolyne Call is Director of the Office for Civic and Social Engagement, Saint Mary’s College, Notre Dame, Indiana, and is also ordained in the United Church of Christ. Her research interests include conditions promoting intellectual safety in higher education classrooms.

Rebecca Konyndyk DeYoung is professor of philosophy at Calvin College. She has published articles on various virtues and vices in the thought of Thomas Aquinas; her most recent work focuses on the seven capital vices in the Christian tradition. Her books include Glittering Vices: A New Look at the Seven Deadly Sins and Their Remedies (Brazos, 2009) and Aquinas’s Ethics: Metaphysical Foundations, Theological Context, and Moral Theory (University of Notre Dame Press, 2009), co-authored with Christina Van Dyke and Colleen McCluskey.

Paul J. Griffiths holds the Warren Chair of Catholic Theology at Duke Divinity School. He works in philosophical theology. His most recent book is Intellectual Appetite: A Theological Grammar (Catholic University of America Press, 2009). His next is a commentary on the Latin text of the Song of Songs, due to appear from Brazos Press in 2011.

Glenn E. Sanders is professor of history and Chair of the Division of Behavioral and Social Sciences at Oklahoma Baptist University, Shawnee, Oklahoma. His interests include student moral formation through the study of the liberal arts.

Kurt C. Schaefer is professor of economics at Calvin College. He is also a student in the Master of Divinity program at Calvin Theological Seminary. He has directed semester programs in Budapest and London and the Calvin Col-
