Secretaries, PAs, human resources professionals and administrative staff are heading to Warwickshire and the West Midlands for a better lifestyle and more competitive rates of pay, according to Kate & Co recruitment consultants.
The transformation of parts of Birmingham and Warwickshire together with the soaring costs of property in the capital has made the Midlands an attractive place to work and caused an exodus into the region.
