PAUL HUNTER should make his comeback at snooker's UK Championship in December after battling back from cancer.
The 26-year-old was diagnosed with the illness before the World Championship in April.
Manager Brandon Parker said: ' Paul's finished his chemotherapy and he's in remission. He'd like to return for the Grand Prix next month but the UK Championship seems more realistic.' Stephen Hendry, 36, has vowed to walk away from the game rather than follow in the footsteps of Steve Davis.
Hendry who will face Davis, 48 , in the [pounds sterling]126,000 Betfred Premier League launched yesterday, said: 'I don't want to play on like Steve. The enjoyment for me is being able to win.'
