Stop the "Whitewashing"of African History and End Racism
Anger and pain are fighting to be in the front seat of the roller coaster of my emotions as I am writing.
I cannot believe or comprehend the audacity of the majority of white people's detestable and delusional perceptions, opinions and mindset about black people.
Caucasians tried to wipe out our history completely, even before they colonised our continent.
They made us, and worse so, themselves, believe all the lies about the power of the Caucasian and the lesser humanity of the African/ non-white race.
We have been fed with a white-painted history that even goes as far as suggesting that it is a white man (their God) who created existence.
Whites' forefathers made us believe that civilisation was founded on Caucasian civilisation, and, more sadly, their descendants still believe this mendacious plot.
We were taught distorted and erased truths about African civilisation.
We heard about Alexander Graham Bell's invention of the telephone, but have you heard of the man behind the drafting of the instrument?
For those whites who do not, or prefer not, to know, he was Lewis Howard Latimer (1731-1806). He was that (black/African) man who drafted the drawings of the very telephone we are using today.
He was also "an expert witness to patent the litigation of electric lights" for Thomas Edison.
Al Jazari (Arab, 1206 AD) invented the crankshaft and some of the first mechanical clocks.
What about Frederick McKinley Jones (1892-1961) who invented refrigeration?
