The following curriuclum vitae include life sketches of Leaders in Industry who are contributing to the industrial growth of Pakistan.

Mr. Abdul Rashid Lone is presently holding the position of Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director, Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited, the largest integrated and leading gas utility Company in Pakistan. He is a Chemical Engineer holding B.Sc. (Hons.) (Chemical Engineering) and MSc. (Chemical Engineering) degrees from University of the Punjab, Lahore (Pakistan) and a registered professional Engineer with Pakistan Engineering Council as well as a Fellow Member of Pakistan Institute of Chemical Engineers. He has attended various Management Courses abroad. He has several years of experience in gas industry and has been responsible for the planning, design, construction and operation of the Company's transmission and distribution network in Pakistan. Under his leadership, the Company has extended its network immensely. The transmission system now covers 6234 km and the distribution systems stands at 46,663 km at the end of June 30th 2006.

Lt. Gen. Munir Hafiez, Hilal-e-Imtiaz (Military) is the Chief Executive & Managing Director of Fauji Fertilizer Company Ltd. After completing his Senior Cambridge, he joined Pakistan Army and was commissioned in 1968. He is a graduate of Command and Staff College and the National Defence College, the premier institutions of the Armed Forces of Pakistan. He also obtained M.Sc in War Studies from Quaid-e-Azam University, Islamabad. He is a qualified interpreter of Arabic Language. As a Lt Gen he held important appointments of Commander of a Corps and Chairman of National Accountability Bureau of Pakistan (NAB). He retired from Army after 37 years of distinguished and meritorious service. Lt Gen Munir Hafiez, because of his vast and varied experience was appointed as Chief Executive & Managing Director of Fauji Fertilizer Company Ltd, which is part of Fauji Foundation, a unique Charitable Trust for the Welfare of the ex-servicemen and their dependents. Fauji Fertilizer Company Ltd being the largest fertilizer producing and marketing Company maintains a prestigious corporate image in the country and abroad because of its growth and contribution to national economy. He is the Patron and Chairman Board of Trustee of a Private Charitable Organization, Zindagi Trust, involved in education to eliminate child labour in cities and female literacy in Rural Pakistan

Mr. M. Salman Burney is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of GlaxoSmithKline Pakistan Limited. which is leading the country's pharmaceautical industry since long time. He is a renowned Industrialist belonging to a very respectable and noble family. He is playing a vital role for company's acievments in all category, as he did in preceding years.

Mr. Sohail Wajahat H. Siddiqui is the Managing Director and CEO of Siemens. He has MS in electronics from the University of London and was a winner of Nishan-e-Haider Scholarship, Quaid-e-Azam Scholarship for academic excellence and National Talent Scholarship during his academic years in Pakistan. He serves on several government committees including the Engineering Development Board, Advisory Cell and Federal Export Board. Siemens has become the value-added reseller for SAP in Pakistan and has established the SAP Academy. Siemens also offers IT and automation solutions of industry and exports.
