LORD REITH Minister of Works and Buildings, who has been charged with the duty of recommending the formation of a central authority that will prepare a national plan to make the best use of land in post-war reconstruction, said yesterday that he is hopeful of receiving very shortly Mr. Justice Uthwatt's ' interim report from his Committee,! which is considering the best way to ' stop speculation in site values in combed areas."I hope to see in the ! next two or three months, as the result of Mr. Justice Uthwatt's Committee's report some legislation that will put a stop to this sort of speculation "
