* Robert Friedberg, 49, of Glen Ellyn, has been appointed chief operating officer of Delnor Hospital in Geneva. He holds the additional role of executive vice president of system operations and integrated services for the CDH-Delnor Health System. Friedberg previously held the title of vice president of operations for Central DuPage Hospital since May 2004. Friedberg has been a key member of the CDH executive team since 2004 and has been instrumental in the year-over-year strategic and operational results of the hospital. Since the merger with Delnor Hospital, Friedberg has led the integration of operations between the two facilities.

* Sean Gallagher was recently hired as a senior vice president and team leader for Inland Bank and Trust, 2805 Butterfield Road, Oak Brook. Gallagher holds a degree in finance from Marquette and a MBA from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul.In his free time, he spends time volunteering as Chairman of the Board for the National MS Society in Chicago and helping at his local food pantry. Gallagher resides in Darien with his family.

* Jill M. Madison, an 11-year veteran of communications and marketing, has beennamed as the new marketing director of Westfield Louis Joliet Shopping Center. In her position as marketing director, Madison is responsible for overall strategic marketing including brand management, advertising, social media strategies, public relations, retail and community outreach. Her role also includes project management and budget oversight. Madison was most recently with Harrah's Joliet Casino & Hotel, where she managed all aspects of marketing communications including dining and its retail outlets. …
