Moldex Realty Forecasts 20% Growth


MANILA, Philippines - Moldex Realty, Inc. (MRI), the real estate and property arm of Moldex Group of Companies, sees 2012 as a bright year as it forecasts 20 percent growth for the company this year. This is following a successful performance in 2011 with its vertical projects contributing 23 percent growth.

MRI's growth in the previous year was fueled by the completion of the first mid-rise project in Valenzuela City; continued success of The Grand Towers in Pablo Ocampo St., Manila (formerly Vito Cruz) which have sold most of its units; the construction of its second tower along Roxas Boulevard, the Grand Riviera Suites, which is in full swing; and the continued improvement of its horizontal projects, Metrogate Communities and Heritage Homes.

Every Filipino dreams of providing lasting home for their family and it is for this reason that it continuously develops its portfolio of real estate projects to help meet the needs of every family. For 2012, it further broadens its portfolio with the launch of several vertical projects that include Residences Baguio, Residences Silang, and The Grand Towers Buendia. It will also launch two new communities in Sta. Maria, Bulacan and Silang, POOLCavite.
