A New Perspective in Design; Creekwood Parkside Homes Are Designed to Suit All Lifestyles and Personalities


DEVELOPER AVJennings has completed construction on the final freehold homes in its Creekwood Caloundra community, which have been designed to suit different lifestyles and personalities - with 11 floorplans on offer to cater to everyone from 'entertainers' and 'home-workers' through to 'independent families'.

The new Creekwood Parkside precinct boasts 26 homes, which are now ready to move in to, with two fully furnished display open daily for inspection.

The homes overlook surrounding bushland and a planned $2 million parklands and adventure playground, which will focus on 'nature play' using trees, logs and rocks as interactive play equipment.

AVJennings Queensland general manager Tony Creighton says Creekwood Parkside appeals to buyers looking for a leafy locale and the opportunity to buy a brand new property on its own title, with the wide variety of floorplans available an added bonus.

He says the three and four bedroom homes - some with a multi-purpose room and all with a minimum of two bathrooms and one to two car spaces, offering up to 210sqm of living space are now selling from $444,900.

"Modern home design is all about understanding how people live and creating spaces to suit an array of personalities and lifestyles," he said.

"There's a growing trend towards at-home entertainment, with families opting to host barbeques or movie nights to save money while spending quality time with relatives and friends," he said.

"Our newest display, which showcases the Galien design introduces a low set four bedroom, double garage home, which is ideal for those who enjoy entertaining at home, with an open plan living, kitchen and dining area on the ground floor, opening onto a large alfresco area.

"There is also an increasing number of people who are choosing to work from home, so our Florentine floorplan includes four bedrooms plus a multi-purpose room, which could be transformed into a dedicated work or study area. …
