1. Twilight Markets

WHERE: Bulcock Beach Esp, Caloundra

WHEN: Friday, March 30, April 6 and 13, 5-9pm

THE Twilight Markets Caloundra are set to bring holiday spirit to Bulcock Beach with entertainment for the entire family. The markets will be operating over the Easter holiday period, and provide a fantastic opportunity to get the family out and about and enjoy a Friday evening by Bulcock Beach walking through the artisan, craft and homemade stalls with unique products to browse and the smells of food stalls filling the breeze.

2. Peregian Beach Movies

WHERE: Peregian Beach Park in front of the surf club

WHEN: Friday, March 30, 6pm; the screening will kick off about 6.30pm

FOR a great start to the Easter school holidays, head off to Peregian Beach Movies to see classic flick The Lion King (G) on the big screen under the stars. Take your picnic rugs and chairs - to get ready for a movie under the stars. A candy bar and popcorn will be available at the event, plus movie-goers are encouraged to buy meals and drinks from shops in the village on the night.

3. Kenilworth Cheese, Wine and Food Fest

WHEN: Saturday, March 31

WHERE: Kenilworth

COST: Entry is free

ENJOY the Cheese, Wine and Food Fest showcasing the unique range of the Mary Valley's finest foods, liqueurs and wines. The day will see a great variety of food stalls and gourmet cooking demonstrations, plus wine and cheese tastings. See Queensland's only Cheese Rolling Contest and the children have the Great Cheester Egg Hunt.

4. Movie in the Park

WHERE: Tickle Park, Coolum

WHEN: Saturday, March 31, about 6.30pm

COST: Free entry

COOLUM Business and Tourism is hosting another screening of Movies in the Park. Bring along a rug and enjoy Trolls (G). After the Bergens invade Troll Village, Poppy (Anna Kendrick), the happiest Troll ever born, and the overly-cautious, curmudgeonly Branch (Justin Timberlake) set off on a journey to rescue her friends. Their mission is full of adventure, as this mismatched duo tries to tolerate each other long enough to get the job done.

5. Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe

LITTLE Seed Theatre Company is presenting its latest production, Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe. A heroic tale of love, faith and the triumph of good over evil, The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe has enthralled people of all ages since C.S. Lewis published the fantasy novel in 1950. Little Seed's dramatisation shares the story of the four Pevensie children, who discover a magical portal to the mythical land of Narnia. Expect talking animals, mythical creatures, a white witch, and a cast of talented young performers supported by live, locally-composed music.
