California Betty Stewart to marketing services manager at the Daily Breeze in Torrance, Calif., from TV advertising and promotion manager at Paramount Pictures. Stewart succeeds Mike Lynn, who was recently named associate publisher of the weekly Palos Verdes (Calif.) Peninsula News.

FLORIDA Stephan J. Sosinski to editor of The Key West Citizen and editorial director of the Florida Keys Media Group. Sosinski last served as publisher of the Times-Standard in Eureka, Calif. He succeeds Bernard Hunt (see North Carolina Independent Tribune).

ILLINOIS Jennifer Michelle Strombom to advertising sales representative in Chicago for Parade from media supervisor for Starcom Media Services. Margaret A. Graff to advertising sales representative in Chicago for Parade from partner of and account media director for the J. Walter Thompson agency.

Iowa Bill Wesselhoff to news editor at The Hawk Eye in Burlington from sports editor at The Daily Chronicle in De Kalb, Ill. Wesselhoff succeeds Bill Draper, recently named managing edtor at The Garden City (Kan.) Telegram.

KANSAS Tom Green to money/business editor at The Wichita Eagle from nation/world editor at the daily. Green succeeds Steve Zuckerman, recently named business editor for the San Francisco Examiner.

Maine David Tyler to editor of the alternative Casco Bay Weekly in Portland from editor of the Woburn (Mass.) Advocate. Tyler succeeds Laura Conaway.

Massachusetts Robert Edelman to senior vice president, advertising, for the Needham- based Community Newspaper Co. from executive publisher for CNC's South Shore division.

Mark O'Neil to vice president, marketing, from executive publisher of CNC's North Shore publications.

Tom Marquis to executive publisher of CNC's North Shore publications. Marquis will remain executive publisher of the Northwest division.

Chuck Goodrich to vice president, publisher, and executive publisher of CNC's five publishing divisions and circulation department. Goodrich will remain executive publisher for the West division.

Pat Coen to CNC's vice president of publishing technologies from manager of information technologies in Needham.

MISSOURI Lynn Tucker to advertising director of the Hannibal Courier-Post from classified manager at The Holland (Mich.) Sentinel. Tucker succeeds Robert Hudson, recently named general manager of the Journal-Advocate in Sterling, Colo.

NEW YORK Dan Day to general executive in The Associated Press' newspaper membership department in New York from chief of bureau for the AP in San Francisco. Day succeeds David H. Tomlin, who was recently named assistant to AP president and CEO Louis D. …
