EasyJet Offer: Check the Terms and Conditions of Our Super Offer; EasyJet Offer

1. All instructions concerning tokens ("Tokens") including how to redeem or use them, form part of the conditions of the offer.

2. The period of the promotion will be from Saturday, January 9 to Friday, January 29, 1999, during which a total of 21 Tokens will be printed, three in the Sunday Mirror and 18 in The Mirror.

3. To qualify to purchase the seats available under this promotion, you must collect a total of 16 differently-numbered tokens, 14 from The Mirror and TWO from the Sunday Mirror from those printed during the period of the promotion. Attach them to a correctly completed collector form also printed in The Mirror on Thursday, January 14, 1998 - and again today - which must be surrendered when checking in for the outbound flight.

4. The flights available are for the destinations and fares set out in the promotional text. Zurich flights and certain Geneva flights are operated by TEA Basel AG ("TEA") as "easyJet" flights by agreement and under licence from easyJet Airline Company Limited ("easyJet"). easyJet is not the principal to the Contract of Carriage on these flights which are subject to the Conditions of Carriage to TEA.

5. There are 250,000 one-way seats available which will be sold on a first-come first-served basis to those who properly apply. Collecting the correct amount of tokens does not automatically entitle you to fly or to make a booking with easyJet or TEA.

6. Damaged, defaced or photocopied Tokens will not be accepted.

7. Flights can be booked: (a) through a special easyJet promotional website (http://mirror.easyJet.com). Access to the booking facility on this site requires a password which will be published in The Mirror on Friday, January 29, 1999. An Internet browser to a standard of 3.02 Microsoft Explorer or 3.1 Netscape or higher is required. easyJet, TEA or MGN Ltd, cannot be held responsible for readers who are unable to gain access to the easyJet promotional website. (b) You can also book by calling a unique telephone number which will be published in The Mirror on Friday, January 29, 1999. None of easyJet, TEA or MGN Ltd, will be liable in the event that easyJet's reservations agents cannot be reached or any booking cannot be made due to the volume of calls.

8. Bookings for the promotional fares will only be accepted by: (a) telephone on the unique promotional number published in The Mirror on Friday January, 29, 1999, between the hours of 3pm and 10pm from Wednesday, February 3, to Tuesday, February 9, 1999, inclusive; or (b) through the promotional website 24-hours-a-day (subject to essential system maintenance) from 3pm on Wednesday, February 3, until 10pm on Tuesday, February 16, 1999, inclusive.

9. To make a booking using the telephone booking service or via the Internet, you must pay the correct amount due in UK Pounds Sterling by Switch, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Delta card. No other cards or form of payment (e.g. cash or cheques) are accepted.

10. This offer is only valid for travel between March 30, 1999, and October 28, 1999 inclusive. Flights between Liverpoool-Belfast or Liverpool-Malaga are only available for travel between July 15 and October 28, 1999, inclusive. However, the offer is not valid for travel on the following dates during that period:

Wed, March 31 - Tues, April 6, 1999, inclusive (for all routes)

Wed, May 12 - Tues, May 18, 1999, inclusive (for travel to/from Nice)

Tues, May 25 - Tues, June 1, 1999, inclusive (for travel to/from Barcelona)

None of MGN Limited, TEA and easyJet can guarantee that bookings will be available for travel on a specific route, flight, or date. All dates and routes are subject to availability. An element of flexibility on all routes and dates of travel will be required on the part of the readers. Seats allocated to this offer may be fully booked even though seats on the same flights are still available at easyJet's normal fares. …
