Sex Zone: How to Hit New Peaks of Pleasure .. over and over Again

IF IT'S a multiple orgasm you want, relax, anyone can have one. It's simply a matter of knowing what to do and then practising with a willing partner.

In the Sixties, the-newly liberated woman was made to think she hadn't had satisfying sex unless she'd had several orgasms.

Thank heavens that extreme competitive approach to sex has gone out of fashion. But, because of all that Sixties hype, until recently we believed that only women were capable of having multiple orgasms.

But new research has proven what some men always knew - that men can have them too. It's possible for a man to have several climaxes in fairly quick succession but it takes super-control and unselfish concentration on his partner's orgasm.

What comes to women naturally only comes to men with hard work. As with all the best love-play, orgasms should be a shared experience. But that doesn't mean to say they have to come together.

Multiple orgasms will be quite rare unless both partners are aware of each other's sexual needs, and are generous enough to look after them. So multiple orgasms are elusive unless you're both open about what you like and how excited you're feeling.

By this token, one-night stands, thought to be especially sexy, are unlikely to lead to multiple orgasms. But long-term relationships, where partners are very familiar with each other and have worked to reach a state of sexual sophistication, will. Here we look at how you can learn to have multiple orgasms, and help your partner to have them too. Remember - as far as multiple orgasms are concerned, men and women are mismatched. A woman's FIRST orgasm is usually the best, for a man his LAST is the most powerful.

A MAN'S MULTIPLE ORGASM

A MAN'S chances of having multiple orgasms will improve with a non-demanding atmosphere, emotional closeness, and the opportunity for leisurely sex.

A partner who's sexually responsive and doesn't tire of prolonged intercourse will help too.

But, just as with multi-orgasmic women, men who are capable of more than one orgasm won't necessarily have them or even want to have them every time.

American doctors have documented the experiences of multi-orgasmic men who had from two to nine orgasms per session.

Some ejaculated at the first orgasm, some at the last, and the rest in between. Some ejaculated more than once. Many of the men first experienced multiple orgasms in middle age.

A man can practice becoming multi-orgasmic by reaching the brink of orgasm and then inhibiting ejaculation until he can separate the two sensations.

However, few men have the desire to gain this self-control because for them, climax involves ejaculation.

After a major orgasm most men experience a period where further sexual stimulation won't lead to an erection.

Some men don't necessarily lose their erections, and they will be able to carry on having further climaxes.

Many men aged under 30 can ejaculate frequently with only short resting periods.

While men are resistant to sexual stimuli just after ejaculation, by practicing control, many can extend sex sessions and enjoy several mini- orgasms before a final climax.

A WOMAN'S MULTIPLE ORGASM

FOR a woman to enjoy multiple orgasms, her man must exercise careful control to avoid ejaculating, yet provide her with deep and rapid thrusting sufficient for her to achieve a small though not earth-shaking orgasm. …
