The person who does not write legibly - and I don't mean pretty, because there is a difference - doesn't want you to get the message. Putting it nicely, that means tact, diplomacy, negotiation ability.
What does size suggest? Someone who has large handwriting is more social, sees the big picture, where someone who has small handwriting is more introspective and detail-oriented.
