Johnson Group represented parties in these leases:

11,000 square feet of industrial space at 770 Hoff Road to G.W. Fiberglass from Twin Rivers Development Co.

10,525 square feet of commercial space at 350-58 Brookes Drive to R.R. Catering Service from Trade Center Association.

9,400 square feet of office-warehouse space at 1 Fenpark Drive to Gutter Suppliers from Matrix Group Inc.

13,752 square feet of office-warehouse space at 1626 Headland Drive to All American Bingo from Live Oak Development.

Restaurant Realty Inc. announced these leases:

2,000 square feet of space at 35 North Central Avenue to Central Avenue Grill from the Frank Co.

3,000 square feet of space at 7927 Forsyth Boulevard to Quizno's Classic Subs from the Saaman Corp.

Sansone Group Inc. represented the landlord in the lease of 5,409 square feet of space at Barrett Station Shopping Center to Archway Kitchen & Bath Inc., represented by Wolken Real Estate Advisors Inc.

Cozad Commercial Real Estate Ltd. represented parties in these leases:

32,655 square feet of space in the Sunnen Business Park in Maplewood to the St. Louis County Board of Election Commissioners from Sunquad, L.P. Sweeney-Finn Corp. represented the lessee.

An expansion to 17,500 square feet at 3117 South Big Bend Boulevard to Grace & Co., P.C., from Sunquad, L.P.

15,000 square feet at 5610 Natural Bridge Road to Fredman Brothers Furniture from Brown Brent & Associates. Cushman & Wakefield of Missouri Inc. represented the lessee.

Kohner Properties Inc. was named exclusive managing agent for the Fairmont Apartments, a 68-unit building in St. Louis.

Sachs Properties Inc. announced the lease of the entire 48,136 square feet of space in the Herman Stemme Office Building I in Chesterfield Village to Cooper Automotive Inc.

Dolan Properties represented Arch Equities II in the purchase of the 50,000-square-foot Old Judge Coffee Building on Laclede's Landing from Lincoln National Life Insurance, represented by PM Realty Group. …
