Prior to joining Leech Tishman, Ms. Owen was a tax principal at Urish Popeck & Co., where she specialized in corporate taxation and provided income tax consulting for public and privately held entities across a variety of industries. Her expertise include corporate restructuring.

Sherrard, German & Kelly, P.C. hired three new attorneys: Christopher Passodelis Jr., Megan Tymoczko-Korch and Curtis M. Schaffner. Mr. Passodelis has joined as a director in the firm's corporate services and litigation services groups.
