Before the Corporation Commission of the State of Oklahoma.

Applicant: Joseph F. Mueller and Marjo Oil Company. Relief Sought: To Pool and Fix and Determine Equities. Legal Description: The SW/4 of Section 22, Township 17 North, Range 4 West, Logan County, Oklahoma.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission pool and adjudicate the rights and equities of the following owners underlying the SW/4 of Section 22, Township 17 North, Range 4 West, Logan County, Oklahoma: Donna L. Willis; Cannie F. Aniba; Guy E. McCandless and/or heirs of Guy E. McCandless, deceased; Vera Lopz Imlay; Orval Foster McCandless; Grace Smith; Bill Wilson; The Estate of Ward M. Edinger, deceased; The Estate of Lucille Edinger, deceased; Marathon Oil Company; T.R. Buell; Interfirst Bank, Dallas N.A. Trustee of the Sabine Royalty Trust; Violetta C. Brown; Lizzie Meyers a/k/a Lizzie Myers, deceased; Laura Windsor, deceased; Owen Windsor and/

or heirs of Owne Windsor; and Will Good, deceased.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that Applicant in this Cause is requesting that following special relief: To pool and adjudicate the rights and equities for the production of gas and gas condensate from the Pawhuska, Hoover, Carmichael, Oread Lime, Endicott, Lovell, Tonkawa, and Perry Gas Sand formations underlying the SW/4 of Section 22, Township 17 North, Range 4 West, Logan County, Oklahoma, and for the production of oil and gas from the Elgin formation underlying the NW/4 SW/4 of said Section 22, and designating the applicant or some other party as operator and requiring that the drilling and spacing unit and common sources of supply be developed as an unit. …
