Notice is hereby given that on the 17th day of July, 1990, at 2 o'clock P.M. in Room 103 of the County Office Building in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, the undersigned Sheriff will offer for sale and sell for cash to the highest and best bidder, all that certain real estate in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, to-wit:
