(70336) NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE No. CJ-89-9820 In the District Court of Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma.

American Investment Bank, N.A., Plaintiff, vs. D.L. Adcock, a/k/a Dick Adcock, and Nona J. Adcock, husband and wife, United States of America, Vermont Street Associates, by and through Brentwood Properties, a/k/a Brentwood Properties, Agent for Vermont Street Associates Limited, Yu Lung Enterprises Company, Inc., The Oklahoma Bank, successor-in-interest to United Oklahoma Bank, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), as Receiver for United Oklahoma Bank, and The Cadle Company, Defendants.

NOTICE is given that on the 17th day of July, 1990, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., in Room 103 of the Annex Building of the County Courthouse in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, will offer for sale and sell for cash to the highest and best bidder, with appraisement, all that certain real estate in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, to wit:

Lot Four (4), of REPLAT OF F.J. WEAVER HOMES ADDITION, A Subdivision in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof, (a/k/a 6412 South Douglas Ave., Oklahoma City, OK 73139).

Sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Sale in Foreclosure upon a judgment entered on the 26th day of January, 1990, in the District Court of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, in Cause No. CJ-89-9820, wherein American Investment Bank, N.A., was plaintiff, and D.L. Adcock, a/k/a Dick Adcock, and Nona J. Adcock, husband and wife, United States of America, Vermont Street Associates, by and through Brentwood Properties, a/k/a Brentwood Properties, Agent for Vermont Street Associates Limited, Yu Lung Enterprises Company, Inc., The Oklahoma Bank, successor-in-interest to United Oklahoma Bank, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), as Receiver for United Oklahoma Bank, and The Cadle Company, were defendants, being all of the defendants and persons holding or claiming any interest or lien in the subject property, requiring notice, to satisfy a judgment in favor of American Investment Bank, N.A., second mortgage lien holder, in the sum of $43,191.26, with interest thereon at the rate of 14.50% per annum, from September 4, 1989, until paid, abstract costs of $100.00, attorney fees of $2,000.00, and the further sum of $1,334.64 advanced to Local Federal Savings & Loan Association, the existing first mortgage lien holder, including further disbursements, and costs accrued and costs accruing, including costs of said Sale; and, a judgment in favor of the defendant, Vermont Street Associates, by and through Brentwood Properties, a/k/a Brentwood Properties, Agent for Vermont Street Associates Limited, third judgment lien holder, in the sum of $10,589. …
