(88716) AMENDED NOTICE OF HEARING Cause CD No. 160,096 Before the Corporation Commission of the State of Oklahoma. Applicant: Arkoma Gas Com- pany. Relief Sought: Increased Density and Explicit Finding. Legal Description: Section 7, Township 6 North, Range 12 East of the IM, Pittsburg& County, Oklahoma. STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: All persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas, and all other interested persons, particularly in Hughes County, Oklahoma. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant, Arkoma Gas Company, has filed an application in this cause requesting the Corporation Commission of Oklahoma to enter an order: (i) amending Order No. 129,097 to author- ize and permit an additional well in the 640-acre drilling and spacing unit formed for the Hartshorne common source of supply in Section 7, Township 6 North, Range 12 East of the IM, Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, so as to produce hydrocarbons from such com- mon source of supply, with such authorization and permission running in favor of Applicant or some other party recommended by Applicant, and to establish a proper allowable for such well and such unit; and (ii) making an explicit finding in connection with the proposed additional well involved& herein so as to comply with the provisions of 18 C.F.R. 271.305, promulgated pursuant to the Natural Gas Policy Act of 1978.
