(89306) NOTICE OF HEARING Cause CD No. 156,460T Before the Corporation Commission of the State of Oklahoma. Applicant: Texaco Exploration and Production Inc. Relief Sought: Location Exception. Legal Description: Section 15, Township 4 North, Range 17 East, Latimer County, Okla- homa. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this Cause is requesting the Commission to enter an order granting an exception to the permitted well location requirements of Orders Nos. 80,924 and 348,528 so as to authorize a well to be drilled, completed and produced from the Upper Atoka (Smallwood) Sand, Middle Atoka Sand, Lower Atoka Sand, Basal Atoka (Spiro) Sand, Overthrust Atoka, Overthrust Wapanucka, Overthrust Cromwell,& Wapanucka and Cromwell common sources of supply at the following location:

Surface Location: 300 feet from the South line and 900 feet from the East line of Section 15, Township 4 North, Range 17 East, Latimer County, Okla- homa. Bottom Hole Location: Not less than 660 feet from the South line and not less than 1320 feet from the West line of said Section 15, Township 4 North, Range 17 East, Latimer County, Oklahoma. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the proposed off-pattern well will be located closer than 1320 feet from the boundary of Section 22, Township 4 North, Range 17 East, Latimer County, Oklahoma. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the following described lands are adja- cent to the drilling and spacing unit within which the location exception is requested. Sections 10, 11, 14, 22 and 23, Township 4 North, Range 17 East, Latimer County, Oklahoma, and Sec- tions 9, 16 and 21, Township 4 North, Range 17 East, Pittsburg County, Oklahoma. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant is requesting the following special relief:

(a) That said well be permitted to produce a full allowable from each of said common sources of supply with no downward adjustment in allowable. …
