Quality Management Conference Planned
"Total Quality Management Service Functions for Manufacturing, Retail, Government and Health Care" is the theme for the fifth annual Oklahomans for Quality Conference scheduled Sept. 29-30 at Oklahoma State University in Oklahoma City.
The conference will be presented by OSU-OKC in cooperation with 3M Health Care Management Services; ASQC, Section 1408; Army
Air Force Exchange Services; American Telephone and Telegraph Corp.; The Brazos Group, Dobbs International Services Inc.; Eskimo Joe's; HCA Presbyterian Hospital; J.G. Smith Associates; Manufacturing Process Analysts Inc.; Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center; Seagate Technology; Total Quality Analysis and Xerox Corp.
Key presenters for the conference include David L. Dunlap, president and chief executive officer of HCA Presbyterian Hospital; Stan Clark, owner of Eskimo Joe's, Stillwater Bay and Mexico Joe's restaurants and Eskimo Joe's Clothes; John Best, senior engineer of Quality and Reliability and ISO coordinator for Seagate Technology; Ron Mercer, retired vice president of Xerox Corp.; and Col. Michael Strong, assistant to the commander for quality at the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center, Tinker Air Force Base. …
